Dropdowns where they help
Program, box size and frequency are pick-lists, so the codes are always right.
ZIP codes stay intact
The ZIP and phone columns are formatted as Text, so Excel can't eat a leading zero.
Notes stay non-clinical
The notes column is for gate codes and delivery instructions, not medical details.
What you'll need for each order
These 7 columns are required. Everything else is optional but useful.
First Name
The member's first name, as the plan has it.
Last Name
The member's last name, as the plan has it.
Product Type
MTM = prepared meals, MTG = groceries, MSF = produce.
Street Address
Street number and name. Perishable food cannot go to a PO Box.
City
City or borough.
Postal Code
5 digits. Format the column as Text so Excel keeps any leading zero.
Phone Number
10-digit US number. Format the column as Text so Excel keeps it intact.
